"In 2004, Steven Moore approached our School of English at Queen's University with a proposal to develop and teach a business communications course for our international English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) learners.
We have been very pleased with the results. Since May, 2005, Steven's 24-hour course teaches business concepts, business writing, and business presentations through a variety of individual and group assignments, games, and exercises. His instruction and materials have been well received and his student rapport and feedback very positive with each offering of the course. We hope to continue to work with Steven in the future."
