Steven Moore is Adjunct Professor of Communications and Communications Coach at the Queen's School of Business
in Kingston, Ontario.
With over 75 publications to his credit, he is a recognized leader in the field of business communications teaching and coaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
He has also written for hundreds of corporate and business clients such as RBC Funds, CI Funds, Toronto Dominion Bank, CBC Radio, AT&T, Scotiabank, Canada Life, Empire Life, Bell Canada, Loyalist College, CIBC, Ontario Hydro, Lansing Buildall, and the Canadian Cancer Society.
A Member of the Editor's Association of Canada, Steven's teaching experience also includes the University of Toronto, Queen's School of English, and Loyalist Training and Development Centre.

Shirley Bishop, is a certified Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESL) and a Member of TESL Ontario with classroom teaching
experience at the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board in Canada.
She is a private tutor in all language skills with an emphasis on speaking and comprehension. Shirley can quickly identify your needs and help you correct the difficulties that keep you from understanding and being understood.
Shirley is accustomed to dealing with the particular language issues of each English learner and has led conversation groups of students from all over the world,
In addition to her teaching credentials, Shirley has over twenty years experience consulting to business. An accomplished facilitator and coach, she has delivered hundreds of workshops and presentations to clients such as the National Energy Board, Human Resources Development Canada, the New Brunswick Government and the Bank of Canada.
Her coaching sessions are friendly, supportive and adjusted to the specific needs of each student. She is known as an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
